When Yaakov Wagshul retired from his business as a CPA, he had no idea what life had in store for him!

He has always been famous in his family for making the best popcorn! With a little more time on his hands, this husband, father, and grandfather began experimenting with gourmet popcorn recipes! Each week he tried new blends, and his family became his willing taste test panel!

Working from his kitchen at home, it quickly became evident that his production had outgrown the space available. His family encouraged him to turn his hobby and passion into a business, and he established Heavenly Pop in 2019 in Jerusalem.

He found a commercial kitchen which allowed him to make sure that he could receive a kosher certification on his popcorn. In a short time, Yaakov’s boutique business has become a family business. Three generations of the Wagshul family work together daily to oversee the production of his Heavenly Pop!
