Oatmeal, Tahini, and Silan Cookies
Danny & Galit are life partners and business partners on a journey of healthy living that they are excited to share with others. When the couple made some dietary changes to their lifestyle, they found themselves missing a sweet treat or snack with their coffee and tea or a nibble to accompany a glass of wine. They decided to create the types of healthy snacks they wished for themselves. They established their bakery in 2009, and their tasty cookies and treats have become family favorites in Israel.
Their bakery is dedicated to making delicious cookies and treats more healthily. They rely on ingredients like wholemeal flour (buckwheat or wheat), natural sweeteners (maple, agave, apple concentrate, and more), and essential fats. (They also operate a kitchen where they bake products without grain flour. Instead, they use flours produced from almonds and wholemeal rice.) Traditional baking ingredients such as eggs, white flour, margarine, and cream are left out of the equation altogether!
Their baking style is simple. They use natural and high-quality raw ingredients and make delicious, nutritious, rich, and healthy products from them. Their products are adapted to a vegan lifestyle and are free of grain flour, which may provide a suitable solution for choosing a lifestyle that advocates avoiding gluten.
Their mission is to learn everything related to healthy nutrition and pass it on via each product they make in their bakery.
