Single Estate chocolate from Holy Cacao combines peak cacao craftsmanship with expertise which allows for a chocolate bar that presents unrivaled aroma, flavor, and texture.
Cacao Camino comes from an established estate not far from the port city of Guayaquil in Ecuador. The estate is owned by Vincente Norero who has spent a lifetime passionately perfecting the delicate art of cacao farming.
Vincente coaxes out some of the most exquisite flavors that cacao has to offer. Over the years Vincente has become a close friend of Jo Zander the owner of Holy Cacao. Vincent is always happy to share his wisdom and give guidance to the Holy Cacao family. This specific bar exhibits floral and fig accents combined with rich chocolate tones.
Single Estate 70% Cacao Camino Verde Dark Chocolate
With one bite of a Holy Cacao chocolate, you will immediately understand why this boutique chocolatier has won so many international awards. Perhaps the chocolate is better because it is handcrafted high on the open plains of Pnei Chever in the Hebron Hills of Judea.
Jo Zander established holy Cacao in 2009 after returning to his ancestral homeland, Israel, from the USA. Jo and his family fell in love with the beautiful part of the Holy Land with its vast open blue skies, not far from where the Jewish patriarch Abraham pitched his tent.
For Jo, making fantastic chocolate in the Holy Land is a calling. He is inspired by his surroundings and channels that love into his chocolate creations. Jo’s creations feature dates, pomegranates, honey, and other divine offerings from the land.
Jo and his team are passionate about the chocolate they make, using the finest fair trade cocoa beans and blending them to give the best flavor and texture.
Holy Cacao is one of the few employers in Pnei Chever. Every chocolate offering that you purchase directly impacts several families, which Jo is as proud of as he is of his chocolate creations.
